Request a resize

Because everyone's fingers are different, we know that it's easy to choose the wrong size by accident. If your ring feels too tight or too loose, you may wish to have your finger measured again. We recommend that you visit a professional jeweller to determine your correct size. 

If you want to exchange an unworn ring, we will supply a new ring in your size. Please return your ring to us within 30 days of purchase, following the return steps bellow. 

Please be aware that if the new size is outside our standard sizes, an extra fee will apply.

Just follow the 2 simple steps below.

STEP 1

Within 30 days of purchase contact us and request an exchange. 

STEP 2

Place the ring(s) in the original packaging and seal it securely. Ensure to include your web order reference number, your contact details and your resize request. Return the package to the following address;

You will be responsible for arranging the return and for any costs incurred. We strongly recommend that you use tracked delivery to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items that do not reach us.

You will be sent an email confirmation when it's been received and we will process the exchange between 1-2 weeks. It will then be posted out to the original address and you will receive another email confirmation with all tracking information.
