You will be responsible for arranging the return and for any costs incurred. We strongly recommend that you use tracked delivery to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items which do not reach us.
Yes, within 30 days of purchase, we will be happy to exchange any enibas piece purchased online provided that it is accompanied by a valid online order confirmation and reference number. You can bring your item(s) to be exchanged to either of our Kinsale or Schull stores. However, if you require a refund instead of an exchange, the item(s) must be sent back to our web department to be processed. Please refer to our Exchange and returns policy for further details:
Once we have received the returned item we will refund you within one business week. We will also send you an email to let you know your refund has been processed.
First, we'll do our best to help you find the receipt. For this we will need an approximate day of purchase, the name of the customer who bought it and a detailed description of the enibas piece. If we cannot find the purchase in our system, we will refer your case to our operational manager who will connect with you to find the best resolution for all.
